Terms of Use: Angel’s Car Medic
1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting or receiving services from Angel’s Car Medic, you (the “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Client and Angel’s Car Medic.
2. Scope of Services
Angel’s Car Medic provides mobile automotive maintenance and repair services. We reserve the right to refuse service for any vehicle that is deemed unsafe to work on or for repairs that fall outside our current technical capabilities or equipment limits.
3. Estimates and Payment
Estimates: All price quotes are estimates based on initial inspections. If additional issues are discovered during repair, we will notify the Client for approval before proceeding with extra work.
Payment: Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, and Credit Cards.
Non-Payment and Liens: Pursuant to Texas Property Code Chapter 70, Angel’s Car Medic asserts a statutory mechanic’s lien on any vehicle serviced. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to retain possession of the vehicle or take legal action to enforce the lien. All parts installed remain the property of Angel’s Car Medic until the invoice is paid in full.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for:
Providing a safe, level work area for mobile repairs (if applicable).
Disclosing known mechanical issues or previous “DIY” repair attempts that may affect the current service.
Ensuring the vehicle is legally parked and accessible.
5. Parts and Warranties
New Parts: Parts purchased and installed by Angel’s Car Medic are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. We will assist the client in processing warranty claims for parts we provided.
Labor: We provide a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first) on labor related specifically to the repair performed. This warranty is void if the vehicle has been subjected to misuse, racing, or subsequent repairs by a third party.
Client-Provided Parts: NO WARRANTY. Angel’s Car Medic does not offer any warranty, express or implied, on labor or performance for parts provided by the Client. If a client-provided part is defective or fails, the Client is responsible for the cost of the initial labor and any additional labor required to remove or replace the faulty part.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law:
Angel’s Car Medic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of income or “down-time” while a vehicle is being repaired).
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to the vehicle or articles left in the vehicle in case of fire, theft, or other causes beyond our control.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these services shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
8. Changes to Terms
Angel’s Car Medic reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
SMS Terms of Use: Angel’s Car Medic

1. Program Description
By opting into the Angel’s Car Medic mobile messaging service, you agree to receive recurring text messages regarding your automotive service. These messages include, but are not limited to:
Service estimates and digital invoices.
Real-time repair status updates.
Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations.
Follow-up communications regarding completed repairs.
2. User Opt-In
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Customers may opt-in through:
Verbal Agreement: Requesting text updates during a service call or in-person intake.
Written Consent: Checking the SMS Opt-In box on a printed or digital work order.
Double Opt-In: Replying YES to our initial confirmation text message.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the status of your vehicle’s repair and the number of active service requests you have with Angel’s Car Medic.
4. Cost and Carriers
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Angel’s Car Medic does not charge a fee for this service. We are not responsible for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network provider.
5. How to Opt-Out
You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any message we send you. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you one last SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

7. Privacy
